Earth Day Meditation from Cetaceans

Posted by Mel AAngela in Untagged

Good day sweet lights, It is Earth Day and we wish to pass a message on to you.  Thank you for opening your heart to us.
Earth Day is a celebration that man has created so that the collective consciousness can be made aware of the beautiful planet we live upon. This is a celebration for all the miracles that happen every day on the earth.  There is birth, rebirth, death and regrowth. There are cycles, systems and patterns that occupy every minute and every space within this wondrous land.

Since this day is devoted to the earth, here is a meditation for you to share unconditional love and peace whenever you want to celebrate yourself and the earth.

Begin by getting comfortable, preferably in nature, but if that is not possible, then imagine that you are in your most favourite place in nature.

The Trinity of Remembrance Recap

Posted by Mel AAngela in Untagged

Once again time has spun its weave of endless webs from which we can create and I am so grateful to be here to experience each of those creations and then to share the wisdom with others. From this space of gratitude, I will share the beauty and insights from this wonderful creation, which we are calling the Trinity of Remembrance, which has come to a blissful end.

Like any beautiful creation, there is the beginning that starts with our simple thoughts and ideas about how something could look if we actually get out of our own way.

This retreat was no different for me.  The idea, which was just a small seed, planted by my own Higher Self and the guidance that works very closely with me, came as just a whisper.  “What if you could do this?” “Imagine what it could be like,” I hear softly at first.

Taking Risks

Posted by Mel AAngela in Untagged

It is I, Archangel Metatron, and I am here to speak to you on taking a risk. What kind of sensation do you have in your physical body when you are about to do something that requires you to step out of that zone with which you have so long lived, which you call the comfort zone? You may have physical sensations of your palms sweating, butterflies in your stomach and/or your heart beating faster.

Your body wants you to become aware that a shift is taking place because when you step out of that which is familiar to a place of the unknown, you body moves into a phase of growth. Each time you step back from your comfort zone and examine it, which usually happens when you are ready to change your level of consciousness, a change does take place in your body.

A Whisper of Heaven

Posted by Mel AAngela in Untagged

waterfallHave you ever asked yourself, "What does success mean to me? How will I know when I have reached it? If I were to die tomorrow would I consider my life a success?" Do you carry a large weight for all that you have yet not accomplished? What if you were more than you could imagine?
After all these years of working on my inner journey, someone motivated me to ask myself these powerful questions. So I began to write down all that I "need" in my life to make me feel successful and I was pleasantly surprised with the answers.  I began to see my life as it truly is.  I specified what my career should look like, my relationships with my kids, my family, friends and maybe a partner (when I am ready for that hehe).  Also things like finances, personal time, play time and my ideal place to live.

Guess what? In my quick writing, I stated that I wanted to be in service to Mother Earth and all of humanity, that I wanted a fun, happy and trusting realtionship with my kids, that I wanted more than enough money to pay all my bills by doing what I love to do and still have enough to do the fun stuff in life, to have health and vitality, to be a writer of books that will touch people's lives and to live near the ocean where I have time to enjoy the magic of it all.

Well I discovered that I AM already successful! I am already being, doing or having all of this in my life.  Now you may ask what this has to do with helping you? So here is the perfection.  As I was going through my dream journals, while preparing for my book, Your Dreams; a Gateway to Greatness, I came across a journal entry from a couple of years ago that made me smile because I realized how much I knew back then even though I didn't know  that I knew it.

"I do  not have to change anything, as much as I have to allow the shape to be cut out of what is already there." Everything I am is already here, I just have to refine, chisel and structure it, so that it is noticable."

So here is my truth, if this wisdom is in me, then it is in you as well.  You do not have to change anything about you, you are already perfect.  Just sculpt who you want to be out of what you already are.  Find the beauty and God spark that you are created  from within and just begin to polish it to a lustrious shine.  How hard can it be right?  I am going to tell you that it is simple, but in no way do I claim that it is always easy. However, this little story which I am sure you have seen on email and is not mine (nor do I know where it really came from and I am sorry about that) tells how sometimes it is easy to allow the light to shine.  Please enjoy this story by letting your heart open and even allowing the tears to flow if they choose to.   May love light your day!

Two  Choices
What  would you do?.....you make the choice. Don't look for a  punch line, there isn't one. Read it anyway. My question  is: Would you have made the same  choice?

At  a fundraising dinner for a school that serves children  with learning disabilities, the father of one of the  students delivered a speech that would never be  forgotten by all who attended. After extolling the  school and its dedicated staff, he offered a  question:

'When not interfered with by outside  influences, everything nature does, is done with  perfection.

Yet my son, Shay, cannot learn things  as other children do. He cannot understand things as  other children do.

Where is the natural order of  things in my son?'

The  audience was stilled by the query..

The  father continued. 'I believe that when a child like  Shay, who was mentally and physically disabled comes  into the world, an opportunity to realize true human  nature presents itself, and it comes in the way other  people treat that child.'

Then he told the  following story:

Shay and I had walked  past a park where some boys Shay knew were playing  baseball. Shay asked, 'Do you think they'll let me  play?' I knew that most of the boys would not want  someone like Shay on their team, but as a father I also understood  that if my son were allowed to play, it would give him a  much-needed sense of belonging and some confidence to be  accepted by others in spite of his  handicaps.

I approached one of the boys  on the field and asked (not expecting much) if Shay  could play. The boy looked around for guidance and said,  'We're losing by six runs and the game is in the eighth  inning. I guess he can be on our team and we'll try to  put him in to bat in the ninth  inning..'

Shay struggled over to the  team's bench and, with a broad smile, put on a team  shirt. I watched with a small tear in my eye and warmth  in my heart. The boys saw my joy at my son being  accepted.

In the bottom of the eighth inning,  Shay's team scored a few runs but was still behind by  three.

In the top of the ninth inning, Shay put  on a glove and played in the right field. Even though no  hits came his way, he was obviously ecstatic just to be  in the game and on the field, grinning from ear to ear  as I waved to him from the stands.

In the bottom  of the ninth inning, Shay's team scored  again.

Now, with two outs and the bases loaded,  the potential winning run was on base and Shay was  scheduled to be next at bat.

At this  juncture, do they let Shay bat and give away their  chance to win the game?

Surprisingly, Shay was  given the bat. Everyone knew that a hit was all but  impossible because Shay didn't even know how to hold the  bat properly, much less connect with the  ball.

However, as Shay stepped up to  the

plate, the pitcher, recognizing that the  other team was putting winning aside for this moment in  Shay's life, moved in a few steps to lob the ball in  softly so Shay could at least make contact...

The  first pitch came and Shay swung clumsily and  missed.

The pitcher again took a few steps  forward to toss the ball softly towards Shay.

As  the pitch came in, Shay swung at the ball and hit a slow  ground ball right back to the  pitcher.
The game would now be  over.
The pitcher picked up the soft grounder and  could have easily thrown the ball to the first  baseman.
Shay would have been out and that would  have been the end of the game.
Instead,  the pitcher threw the ball right over the first  baseman's head, out of reach of all team  mates.
Everyone from the stands and both teams  started yelling, 'Shay, run to first!
Run to  first!'
Never in his life had Shay ever run that  far, but he made it to first base.
He scampered  down the baseline, wide-eyed and  startled.
Everyone yelled, 'Run to  second, run to second!'
Catching his breath, Shay  awkwardly ran towards second, gleaming and struggling to  make it to the base.
By the time Shay rounded  towards second base, the right fielder had the ball .  the smallest guy on their team who now had his first  chance to be the hero for his team.
He could have  thrown the ball to the second-baseman for the tag, but  he understood the pitcher's intentions so he, too,  intentionally threw the ball high and far over the  third-baseman's head.
Shay ran toward third base  deliriously as the runners ahead of him circled the  bases toward home.

All were screaming,  'Shay, Shay, Shay, all the Way Shay'

Shay  reached third base because the opposing shortstop ran to  help him by turning him in the direction of third base,  and shouted, 'Run to third!

Shay, run to  third!'

As Shay rounded third, the boys  from both teams, and the spectators, were on their feet  screaming, 'Shay, run home! Run home!'
Shay ran  to home, stepped on the plate, and was cheered as the  hero who hit the grand slam and won the game for his  team

'That day', said the father softly  with tears now rolling down his face, 'the boys from  both teams helped bring a piece of true love and  humanity into this world'.

Shay didn't  make it to another summer. He died that winter, having  never forgotten being the hero and making me so happy,  and coming home and seeing his Mother tearfully embrace  her little hero of the day!

Moral of story:
The author asks that this be passed around and so this is my way of sharing the heart touching wisdom.  Please know that it is not only the famous, well known people that change the world but maybe more so are the ones who make small changes to let their light shine everyday that are the true masters.

What can you do or be today that may positively impact those in your circle? Remember, that spending your life doing things that are of little importantance to you is the fastest way to "leave a legacy of could of, would of and should of." What do you want to leave behind?

Go forth and succeed, because you can! :)

A Year of New Beginnings

Posted by Mel AAngela in Untagged

Happy New Year to all my friends from the past, present and even to all those I am yet to meet.My heart is filled with gratitude for all of the gifts you have shared with me throughout 2009.  I am in awe at how beautifully 2009 went out and how powerfully 2010 has come to be.  I cleared all the clutter from my mind and released all that no longer serves me on Dec 31 and now I am open to all the wonder that awaits.  For me this is a year of new beginnings;  a new home and all the new experiences that come with that, all the new people that I have already met and will continue to meet, and maybe even more powerful than all of that combined is the new belief systems that I have adopted. This is a year for all of us to prepare for greatness; to believe that “we absolutely can do it” and “it” being whatever we want it to be!

What do you want your life to look like? Is there something that you have put off, a dream not yet fulfilled because you may be waiting for just the right time? What if this year could be just such a time? What if you could be the one to succeed? So I am going to ask you, what is standing in your way?

A Gift of Christmas

Posted by Mel AAngela in Untagged

This gift has been given from a loved  one that has left this earth and now wishes for his loved ones to heal. I will use my voice to be in service.

“This gift I want to share this Christmas is one of forgiveness.  Sometimes when we are on this earth, we say or do things that are hurtful to others and the reason that we do this is because we forget our direction; we forget our purpose here.  We get stressed and angry and we start thinking more from the “me” mentality than the “we” mentality. From within this “me” mentality, it is easy to become stressed, overwhelmed and fearful.

When you spend time with these emotions, it is easy to forget where we came from.  We forget who is there supporting us, and we forget we don’t have to do this alone. However, upon reaching the end of a lifetime here on Earth, we realize of our purpose.  Even though at times we felt like we had no purpose, felt like nothing made sense, like everything was too hard, we are reminded that we all have a purpose here.  Some bigger and bolder than others, but nonetheless all are in perfection. We realize that our most basic purpose here is to be God-realized.  To me this means realizing that God is within us, always providing us direction, love, comfort and protection.  As equally important, is the fact that God is in everyone; all the goodness and beauty of this earth, lie within the heart of the people in your life

Master Dolphin on Manifestation

Posted by Mel AAngela in Untagged

When we are intending to manifest something in our lives, what is the difference between using our own thoughts and emotions to manifest what we want and just allowing Spirit to bring us what we need?  Do we create everything in our life or are certain experiences “given" to us by Spirit?

Dear sweet child you wish to speak of manifestation and the power on your own as opposed to help or guidance from the Spirit realm.  This is a topic of some discourse because some believe that the human holds all the power, therefore leaving no room for Spirit to work its magic. Others believe that the human carries no power, so in the process they extend all the power to a force outside of themselves.  However, neither are the highest truth that can possibly be; both hold elements of truth within.

Neither position is good or bad, right or wrong; it is just a matter of perception from where you are standing at each point.  So my point is, if you don’t like the view then either change where you are standing so you can “see” something different or open your perception a little more so a much more expansive field of view will be revealed.

All the lessons you need to learn you can learn from nature.  Nature was created to work together, side by side, thereby causing the highest potential of all involved.  Nothing is born, grown or hatched on this earth plane without being in service to something else.  The same is true of death.  Nothing dies without giving back to these that will come after it.  Humans are no different.  The only thing that may be different is that humans have the choice, they have free will whereas a tree coming to the end of its life cycle, tipping over into the forest knows only of the service it will offer to all those that will grow and flourish because of its decaying body form.  This beautiful tree has no agenda other than to be in service.

Being the Flow

Posted by Mel AAngela in Untagged

We always ask ourselves and others, “What are we doing to get what we want?  Are we doing something to get healthier, wealthier or happier?”  But what if it wasn’t so much about the doing as it is about the being? Who are you being right now?  Are you being the change you wish to see in your life?  Or are you so busy “doing” that you forget the being all together? I talked a little bit about this in an earlier blog; however, I want to share a few experiences from my beautiful Hawaii trip that made me realize that we can never “be” too much.

So I have my trip all planned, flights booked, hotel reserved with a roommate to share the expenses and all is ready to go, until of course I find out that the universe has other plans for me.   For starters, my flight plans get changed causing me to fly into Victoria a day before I leave for Hawaii, which looked to me like a big waste of my time and money.  However, with that time and space that was created for me, I got some really good work put together for my book proposal.  Also, I had a chance to meet a beautiful woman who needed to talk to someone about healing a condition she had endured for a very long time and from our conversation she gained a new level of hope.  A coincidence?  I think not!

11-11-11

Posted by Mel AAngela in Untagged

Good day dear ones, it is I, Metatron, Lord of Light and this is a powerful day of gathering the heart's light in a unified manner to ellicit a change from fear to love.  This is a powerful point of time and space where it is a convergence of the love that you hold and the divine love that is being emitted on your planet at this time.

Many opportunites are open to those who wish to access them from within that space of love.  It is a time now that is highly recommmended by those of us of the light to release your fears and stand within the power of your love.

May each decision you make in each moment of each day be based in love rather than fear.  May it now be about trusting the greater picture and knowing that you are safe, protected and loved beyond measure.  For in each moment, you are making a choice. Since you have free will, each choice  you make is either coming from worry, anxiety, stress, negativity, anger, depression, which all stem from fear or from the only other place there is and that is love.

By being present to each moment, and there are many ways to experience this state of awarness, such as, feeling the constant contact of the floor or ground beneath your feet when walking, experienceing the taste, texture and temperature of every food you place in your mouth or simple by feeling the air come into your nostrils while breathing, you eliminate many opprtunities for fear to prevail.  When you are in this exacxt moment, you can not hold the consciouness of either past or future at the same time.

As you make a commitment in each day to release even small amounts of fear, you will be gaining momemtum and working towards the larger fears you hold within.  Stand within the presence of this fear, just holding the love you carry as a shield which will allow the fear to dissolve or transform before your eyes.  It is time today on Nov. 11, 2009 (11-11-11), to begin a new life, a new world in which fear is rapidly transformed by the love in your heart and that of the Divine heart.  It is time now to love with greater depth, greater meaning and greater clarity.  It is time now to be a warrior of the light and stand in strength of your own power.  Love will triumph over all.  Begin now!

Maui Magic

Posted by Mel AAngela in Untagged

I am sitting at a beautiful hale (hawaiian home) in Maui, listening to the birds and watching a gecko peacefully monitor all forms of life in it's awareness.  I have learned alot from this serene little being.  It is a blessing to watch the way it is just "being".  It is concerned with nothing other than  just this moment.  It sits and waits for anything that could come to it, not feeling like it has to change anything or chase anything.  It just knows that what it needs will be there when it needs it.  I strive to live like the gecko, simply knowing that we are safe and protected.

I have had the most amazing experiences on this beautiful island so far, meeting amazing light filled individuals and leaning from them joyous ways.  I met a "guru" of love and light on the beach last night.  He  taught me to be in the moment, really using different senses other than just my sight.  We played with a ball on the beach even after sundown, tossing it between 4 of us, not really evening seeing it anymore but instead sensing where it would come from and to.  It was such an amazing gift.  I am so blessed to be here learning from those that have done what I am here to do (or shallI say BE).  Mahalo, I love you all!!
